Registration
Once you have toured the facility and are ready to register, please fill in the form below.
1. For the registration form, click here or the PDF file to the right and download a copy.
2. Once downloaded, you can either edit and type directly onto the PDF file or print the document and fill it own with pen.
3. If you filled in the document on the PDF file directly, please save and email the document to beyondelementchildcare@gmail.com.
If you printed and wrote with pen, please hand it in to the childcare centre in person at your next visit.
